Huge two bedroom units. The resort is broken into several housing area where, judging from the outside, the internal designs differ. We were in Oak Knoll, a two bedroom split level. Walk up about six steps onto the front porch, enter. The second bedroom and bath are on that level, master bed & bath down about six steps, kitchen, living, and dining area up about six steps. There is a nice size porch off the dining / living area. Units are quite large and comfortable. Falls State Park has fantastic hiking.

Great place for a week of R&R. Units are in good repair and spacious, resort in general is well maintained, service is excellent, check in and check out is a breeze. We love the surrounding area and all it has to offer.

Relaxing and beautiful. We don't play golf and still had a nice relaxing experience. We will go back. Many wineries in the area. A little over 2 hours to George Dickel distillery. Also visited Dale Hollow Marina for lunch and had a very good burger. Lots of nice walking trails. Plenty besides golf to keep a person busy.

Nice stay Overall it was an okay week at Fairfield Glade. We came in with no expectations. The unit we stayed in was average - the kitchen was not very clean and that wasn't ideal. We did have a couple maintenance issues and was happy with how quickly they were responded to and fixed - but disappointed that they happened in the first place. We also have some small flying bugs in the bathtub room that seem nonstop. I kill probably more than a dozen per day - which I am not a fan of. We are here early in their season and one maintenance man mentioned something about these units being winterized and it feels like maybe the un-winterizing process was not following completely to prep this unit for guests. Would we come back again? I think so - maybe later in the year, to enjoy the outdoors and nicer weather more.
