A Pleasant and Comfortable Resort Stay Denise and other staff members that the Club Wyndham Resort were professional, courtesy, polite, accessible and friendly. I felt comfortable at the Resort and had no concerns about safety, whether it was myself or my vehicle. Although my room was a suite with a partial kitchen, there was a large kitchen on a second level with everything needed to prepare meals. There is also a laundry facility which was accessible at any time needed and the resort provided the detergent and drying sheets. Overall, Club Wyndham Resort was a pleasant place to stay.

No air conditioning, no apology. But there *is* a VHS player! When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the room wasn't very cool because the air conditioning wasn't working. I immediately returned to the front desk to tell them that it was broken. First, they said that the maintenance person was gone for the day (at 4:20pm), so I would have to wait until the next day. And then another staff member came out and said, "Oh, yeah. That room is just broken." I asked for another room and they said they didn't have any others. I asked for them to move us to another room when someone checked out. Surprise: they never did. Trust me, you do NOT want to be in New Mexico in June without air conditioning. Aside from our own personal experience, this is a pretty dated property. You can tell because the bedroom had a DVD/VHS player in it. The lighting is pretty poor in the rooms, leading to an overall dingy feeling. The one upside of this WorldMark Taos is its location. You're in walking distance of the Taos Plaza and a lot of galleries and restaurants.

Units are small Mildly acceptable but traffic and road construction on the road leading to the unit created issues - concert in progress next door to resort created sleeping issues

Comfortable, quiet stay, close to all amenities, We loved our stay at this resort, which offers charm, comfort and great service. Our studio offered everything we needed for a 2 night stay, including a small outside area for early morning coffee & breakfast. I appreciated the good sized swimming pool & hot tub as well as recreational area upstairs. As a seasoned traveler, my only suggestion would be a laminated leaflet of ‘how to get online,’ which would have saved time for the excellent staff.

Great Location This resort was at a great location, close to everything! However, the rooms are a bit small and cramped. The studio room was nice, too much big furniture for a small room, also the bathroom window didn't even have a protector (blur) so people from the outside won't see you- window faced shower and toilet. Room felt a little antiquated. But the rest of the resort was Beautiful!
