Still Good Used to stay here a few times a year pre-pandemic and hadn’t been in several years. I found it basically the same place it always was (though the old Staybridge next door appears to have turned into Section-8 housing under the Sonesta name). Check in was quick and courteous. The room was Courtyard standard. Quiet place, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and pressure. The room was clean though the bathroom could do with a deep cleaning (hands and knees). Plenty of free parking. No free breakfast, so do yourself a favor and drive 3 minutes around the corner to Pierce Street Bagels and get a delicious bagel while supporting a local business. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Terrible Experience!!! Absolute worst experience ever. I was visiting my mother for her retirement party. The hotel shuttle bus employee was not paying any attention and ran into the passenger side of my car. I was poorly treated noone even took the time to make me feel whole. Like they literally gave me a 100.00 credit and thats it. Noone from the onsite team even apologized!. This is ridiculous.

Thank you Anthony, Lisa, Ana, Coral and Nestor! This property housed my husband and our two children (6 + 2) for 25 nights while we transitioned into our new home. Our stay was very pleasant despite it being a difficult time for us to especially with the little ones, however Lisa, Ana, Coral, Nestor, Anthony and the housekeeping and maintenance staff made our stay wonderful! They were very patient and attentive to our needs! They became familiar with us and our routine and were proactive with scheduling room resets and light touches. After a while I didn’t have to ask for much because everyone was committed to providing top tier service. This was our first time staying at this property and it left a very good impression on our family and Marriott brands as a whole. I look forward to staying in Marriott hotels when we travel because the rooms were clean, aesthetically pleasing and spacious. I enjoyed the amenities such as the pool for the kids, the fitness center and the lobby design! The courtyard in the back was also very nice for getting fresh air in a private space. Our room had a balcony and we enjoyed the access to fresh air from our room. I’d recommended this property to our family and friends every single time!

Pleasant stay in an unfamiliar area My partner and I stayed here to visit his daughter who lives close by. We don’t know the area well yet so we were taking something of a chance with the hotel. Fortunately it worked out really well. The staff were very friendly and we received free water bottles at check in. The room was pleasant and clean and we had a good night’s sleep. The gym was well-equipped, although the tv on the wall wasn’t connected to a cable and was pretty fuzzy I used the TV on my treadmill. Overall a very positive experience!
