Great place to stay It was very clean in the lobby area and rooms. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was very easy to manage along with parking. CJ and JJ in parking were awesome, very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Top end 4 star hotel Great hotel, friendly staff and well managed facilities. Oscar at the breakfast restaurant was friendly, funny and a great host who made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and the room was spacious and cleaned daily . A great added bonus to see towels were provided. The hotel is in a great location with the view of the lake and short drives to the shopping outlet and restaurants.

A very good hotel with very good employees The Crowne Plaza Downtown is a nice and luxury hotel, voted for business, but good for a strategic stay in Orlando. It's near public transports and ideal to visit the great parks nearby like Disneyworld and Universal studios. Rooms are wide, beds very comfy. A special mention for employees. FAB supervisor Oscar, during breakfast, was a perfect, kind and smiling host. He entertained us like a friend. During dinner time we met FAB supervisor Maria, a charming person, every time doing her best to Surround us with warmth. An unforgettable experience. Thanks Oscar, thanks Maria!

I’m Pleased! Currently on a stay here. The hotel and rooms are better than expected (and I am very picky about hotels!). Customer service is top tier, starting right when you pull up to valet. But the reason for this review is Oscar! He works in the restaurant of the hotel and he is a pure joy! He’s very engaging and effortlessly gives customized service to each guest all at once. Food and orange juice were pretty good as well! I don’t leave many reviews, but I had to stop and leave one before going back up to my room.

Amazing The staff was absolutely fantastic. Derek the valet met us at arrival and opened the gate for us a number of times. Always friendly and talkative as well as every valet there. The front desk were friendly and helpful always a welcoming smile. Then the cleaning staff, this had to have been one of the cleanest hotels I stayed at the maids made sure we had everything we needed daily. The whole staff always a friendly smile and a hello and have a great day. Overall excellent hospitality and service.
