I absolutely loved this hotel! The convenience of having access to comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas was convenient. Also, having a staff member to help set up the umbrella in the sand was awesome! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I will visit this hotel again in the future!

Pretty pricey, even with the Groupon, but definitely a great stay! I did four instead of five stars, just because the room was kind of small, the bathroom was ridiculously small, none of the onsite dining venues were up and running, and they were doing construction on site all day which when trying to chill on your balcony was not ideal. But so many other great things that I'll stay again

OCEANFRONT ALL THE WAY This was the absolute perfect vacation~ perfect accommodations, great location, the best staff and truly amazing amenities including ~ sooo pet friendly, direct beach access, amazing oceanfront room and balcony, wonderful oceanfront pool and tiki bar, beautifully landscaped property, oceanfront dining at a terrific restaurant, fitness center and hot tub. The staff and GM EXTRAORDINAIRE, Jeremy Paquette, are on site making sure your stay is a memorable one. Sipping morning coffee, having an afternoon snack, enjoying evening cocktails as the sun sets, , star gazing or just staring in awe at the ocean from our oceanfront balcony was truly mesmerizing. I really cannot say enough other than you have to GO!!! SOOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

THE PERFECT VACATION We just had the perfect vacation at the Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel. From the moment we checked in we felt right at home~ the best staff, perfect location, great amenities, a truly amazing room with the most amazing views 24/7, great pool and bar with the beach just a few steps away. THIS WAS TRULY THE PERFECT VACATION. SOOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND VERY AFFORDABLE~~~ YOU NEED TO BOOK NOW!!!!!!!!

Dirty Hotel My boyfriend, dog and I were excited to explore Atlantic Beach for the first time during Labor Day weekend. We arrived at the hotel late on Friday night and were met with a horribly dirty room. I hopped in the shower and quickly discovered that it was full of hair and pubic hair on the walls and floor. I spent five or so minutes rinsing the hair down the drain. We also found that floors to be covered in sand and debris, stains on the sheets and toothpaste grime all over the sink and mirror. We called down to the front desk to make them aware and they offered a new room. Upon arriving in the new room, we found it to be in a similar condition to the first room. We were so excited to get to the hotel and relax for the evening but were not able to due to how dirty the space was. The following day, both key cards we were given stopped working and the woman at the front desk informed us that they demagnetize when in contact with other cards or phones but we were never given this information upon check in. She said she wouldn't charge us that time for new cards but usually we would have to pay a fee for a new one. The key cards demagnetized multiple times on our three day trip, even when we kept them away from other magnetic items. We loved the beach access but every other part of our experience was just plain stressful. The management was only able to give us a 50% refund for ONE night only which is ridiculous given we paid over $400 a night. Stay away from this hotel.
