I would’ve recommend it to anybody. It’s a great hotel. Customer service is great friendly faces. The only one little downfall is just the room is kind of cold. The wife is complaining about that.

Minor incident occurred during check in, however it was quickly resolved. Staff remained professional and friendly and was very accommodating for the small inconvenience. Hotel was very clean. Well lit and inviting as pictured. Plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend and use again when in the area.

Great Stay, Friendly People Hotel was nice from the moment I checked in. I was pleasantly greeted by Evelyn where she referenced me by my name and then I was welcomed by the manager on duty Aldo who showed me exactly where the elevators were located closest to my room. My stay was further enhanced by the staff at the breakfast area, Sue Jessica and Faten who assisted my daughter and I for breakfast. After coming in from a long day I realized I needed additional toiletries and bedding for the pull out couch, and I was cheerfully given them by Danny at the front desk. Because I did not require my room to be serviced during my stay the room attendant Marisol supplied my family and I with additional towels as needed. I also had take out food that was disposed of via a gentleman by the name of Jean-Bernard. Room was clean, and well put together with all staff I came in contact with friendly accommodating and welcoming.

Hate being ripped off I’ve always liked this hotel, location, services etc, broke the camels back for me is $10 for a beer in the bar that costs you $.80 retail to buy. No more thank you,

Difficult to Eat Here Pools are good but should be open earlier and longer so you get a swim w/o screaming kids.
I was told there was room service, a dining room, and breakfast. No one ever, ever answers the phone for room service. I got fully dressed and found the dining room, but no AC this hot August night. I left the premises for dinner. In the morning, they give you breakfast. Saturday, with Susan, was great. Sunday was a confused chaos nightmare. The Sunday lady was the problem.
If you hire someone to take room service orders, you can make enough $$ to fix the AC.
