Stay with Free Breakfast at Developer Inn Maingate in Kissimmee, Florida

A-Plus stay at a super affordable price and location Staff and owner were A-plus and "Alex" the concierge was top notch! Clean, friendly and great breakfast. Would highly recommend! Can not believe the affordable price of my stay, the modern room, the cleanliness. Haven't had a stay quite like this one.

A hotel that steals ur electric products My laptop was stolen in the room by the cleaning staff during the daytime when I went to Disney yesterday. The door was not broken but before we left the light was off after we came back the bathroom light was on. What is horrible is that the laptop was in my backpack at that time. When I came back, the laptop and my charger and 2 cables are all gone. The hotel manager doesn’t care about this at all. He claimed that they didn’t have a camera and said this is nothing to do with them. From Yelp u know that steal often happens recently. The hotel not only smells stinky, no Wi-Fi at all but very dangerous. U will lose ur personal property here. Don’t live here please.

Don’t stay there. Avoid this place. Disgustingly dirty. There is no internet in the guest room. I will never go back to this place. I ask the front desk to not send the cleaning team to my room because they not be able to do anything good but even with my request they went to my room did the bed and do not clean the floor.

Avoid this property at all costs!!! If I were able to leave a 0 star rating for this property, that's exactly what I would do. The only positive thing I have to say about our stay was that the bed was very comfortable. Upon checking in we noticed that there was a sign at the front desk that said there was no Wifi. When I inquired about it the desk clerk said they are working on it and hoping to have it operational by the weekend (this was a Thursday night) or early next week at the latest. We stayed for 7 nights and the Wifi was never fixed. Upon looking at other reviews for this property it looks like the Wifi has been nonexistent for at least 4 months, maybe even longer. I'm not sure how they get away with advertising as offering free Wifi when clearly that is not the case. The free breakfast is an absolute joke. They serve the exact same thing every day and most days they don't even have everything that they show as offering available. The first day we were there they only had cranberry juice, the orange and apple juices were empty, as was the water on the dispenser. The eggs are obviously powdered and the sausage patties are fried so hard and cut into quarters that they are more like shoe leather than anything resembling a meat product. The seating in the breakfast area is so small that most days there wasn't any place for us to sit. Needless to say, after three days of enduring the disgusting food in the dirty, full breakfast area we decided to go out for breakfast for the remaining days of our stay. The door to our room did not seal tight and we could see daylight all around the cracks. We were concerned about bugs entering the room, but we did not notice any, so hopefully we didn't bring any unwanted visitors home with us. Our room was located on the pool/playground side of the property so we had to deal with screaming kids early in the morning and late at night. Our housekeeper couldn't figure out how to leave us the correct number of towels and washcloths for our entire stay. They only offer housekeeping every other day, which is fine, if we would have had enough towels and washcloths for each of us to use. One day she left us three bath towels and one washcloth, the next time she serviced the room she left us four pool towels (which are much thinner and non-absorbent like a bath towel would be) and zero washcloths. I'm not sure how difficult it should be to leave two of each in a room that has one king size bed and is clearly being occupied by two people. The real kicker is the $18+/day service fee that is charged for each room. I'm not exactly sure what those fees cover, but I can assure you we definitely didn't get our money's worth from our service fees. I do not recommend this property to anyone for any reason. There are many other hotels in the area that I'm sure offer better accommodations.

I will do it again The room was very clean. The toilet moved. You didnt feel secure. The beds were great. I didnt like breakfast. And there was no wifi. The towels were too small. The shampoo and body wash were great. At breakfast they had a juice machine and they never had Orange juice neither apple juice even if you ask for it at 7am.
