Appalling Conditions I shocked by the condition of the bathroom, the ceiling was desperately in need of repair, room should not have been rented, How this Hotel passes any Hilton inspection is beyond me, It’s obvious the GM doesn’t walk the Hotel rooms at all. Whats more you ripped us off with the room rate, over $250, I will be reporting the condition to Hilton, Franchise or not, you shouldn’t be operating with a Hilton flag if you can’t meet minimum quality standards. Restaurant (Texas Steak House) has no AC, ceiling fans didn’t work either, employees note it’s been like this for over a year. I was embarrassed for the Bar/Restaurant staff, they had the beer cooler door open in an attempt to help cool the bar area.

Solid stay in Rocky Mount. One night stay while on a road trip. Desk person at check in was very nice and efficient. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was easy, several restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Easy on and off the interstate.

Corporate contact me.. Trash stay. Trash People. Trash Customer Service one of the worst stays that Ive ever had in a hotel. the room and bathroom were dirty as ever. I have no idea if they even check behind televisions and the stands... it has lint all over the floor and the corners of the room... I took pictures of the bathroom. pubic hair all in the toilet and on the rim of the seat. garbage in the bathroom. hair on the pillows. the room was just very Nasty and not taken care of. they also gave me a room on the bottom floor also next to the laundry room and it was loud my entire stay. main reason why im leaving this review is because I haven't even received my refund. I been waiting for over 4/5 months. and I still haven't gotten my 97 dollars. The stay was garbage. The people over the phone have horrible customer service skills. I was hung up on by 2 different people each time I called. I need someone from corporate to contact me. This is not professional. And it isn't fair to people that pay to stay to be treated like crap over the phone for a refund.

Poorly maintained hotel and amenities not as listed on website We were charged at booking for 2 breakfasts. When we arrived we were told the Hilton website was incorrect and the attached Texas Steak house was a separate business. The desk clerk took the charge off our bill. The room was tattered: broken lamp shades, chipped and scratched furniture. The Hilton website listed EV Charging - it turned out not to be complementary destination charging that we have had at Hilton hotels. It was an expensive charging accessed only through a weird hard to set up app.

One night stay in Rocky Mt. Front desk staff were friendly. The bed and bathroom linens were clean and fresh. The room was nice; however, the furniture looked a bit used. I told the front desk about the lamp shade that had holes in it so they could replace it. The lamps were a bit rusty but they worked.
