Across from the Beach I’m a return annual visitor. Dover House is always clean and pleasant with a responsive staff that met our every request. It’s across the street from the beach and within reasonable walking distance if Delray’s vibrant Atlantic Avenue restaurants and music options. Good place and fun town.

Wonderful location This was a wonderful location across from the street from the ocean. It was so nice to be able to walk the area.the resort is kept up nicely. There is a great pool area , quiet and not crowded. The unit is not spacious but comfortable for the space. The kitchen has minimal utensils.

A good place to stay We spent a week at Dover House the beginning of January. The hotel grounds are well maintained and buildings look freshly painted. Our rooms weren't fancy, but very clean and comfortable, although could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Dover House is located across the street from the beach and just around the corner from the main street with its shops and restaurants. When we needed something, the office and staff responded to our texts quickly (ex. getting new towels). The kitchen had just basic supplies and utensils (4 place settings), and some small appliances, but we weren't there to cook full meals so had everything we needed. We only used the pool once, and did wish there was a workout room. It was a good place to stay for beach access and we would probably choose to stay there again if back in this area.
