Just 11 miles north lies the famed Hearst Castle, the enormous estate that once belonged to newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst. Outstanding customer service We stayed in a "Woodland King" room, on the back side of the hotel facing the woods. The room was large and quiet, clean and comfortable, and had a luxurious feel. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and professional. They provided assistance with everything from extra supplies for the room to detailed and accurate restaurant recommendations. We spent a week there and, for the second time, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome customer Service My family and I love the people that work at this hotel. They are very personable and accommodating. Staff made are vacation central point easy and like we were part of their family. It is hard to find great service nowadays and the team here just did that. We had a wonderful experience even when the fire alarm did go off. Better that then not, things happen and better to be safe and laugh about the oopsy later. The hotel is very clean and rooms very spacious. Thanks Kris and staff for the great visit. We can’t wait to be back. __

Wonderful and relaxing weekend We just came back from Cambria for my birthday weekend and had a very relaxing stay at this little boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean and inviting. There is a boardwalk that goes out to the beach and is just a short walk. There are many restaurants and shops that are within walking distance as well. It also had a coffee maker in the room and the large flat screen TV had lots of channels. Our room was very spacious, had a jetted tub, large shower and fireplace. We tried to use the fireplace one night but it made the room really hot. Really the only negatives about this place were that our ceiling fan was very loud so we could not use it and the plumbing when the neighbor on one side takes a shower tends to be loud. I can't think of any other negatives. We were really happy with this hotel. I would recommend it!!
