Bedding and Customer Service My first experience was the female at the counter, she was so dry no greeting after we made eye contact several times, when i spoke she responded under her breath still no eye contact, terrible customer service (Wednesday 4/16 first shift person) also the TOWELS AND RAGS were TERRIBLE they were dingy and had holes and when i say DINGY DINGY, this hotel was average so for the towels that we use to look that way was unacceptable, I even met with a housekeeper with towels etc in a bin on the elevator everything looked terrible, the sign for the waffle machine said not working to find out one was working, anywhooo, thats all folks! _

Great place to stay (exceptional staff), entertain family, play golf… The hotel staff were excellent, especially Marcela! She was exceptional in her customer service. We appreciated how clean the hotel was kept, as it was a very busy week with a girls hockey team staying. It is also nice for golfers with a very good golf course in walking distance, as well as a good restaurant at the course.

Fairfield Inn Tamarac. Really enjoyed this location. Very clean and staff are nice. Me and my partner have taken in their day pass twice now. This is our goto place to enjoy some free time and take in their pool. Their is a nice restaurant walking distance from the hotel. The food is good.

Good hotel, great staff! The staff at this hotel were really accommodating and very friendly. We arrived way before check in because we had a funeral. The staff worked magic to get us in a room because we had an hour to get ready. From the front desk to housekeeping they were able to get us in to a room. The room was good and I had one of the best cups of coffee for a buffet I have ever had. The staff made the hotel a 10/10.

An Excellent Place to Stay The room was comfortable and cool, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was terrific. We had stayed at the Fairview Inn & Suites, Ft Lauderdale NW two years in a row in March. We have not been disappointed. Although we do not golf, the hotel is located next to a golf course and club.
