The balcony views are amazing! I got to sip my coffee and relax before our amazing breakfast! Truly our favorite LG hotel! Walking distance to everything! Rooms are not as great as the main hotel area but ill take a balcony over a nicer room any day B-)

Wonderful Experience in the "Off" Season I stayed in the newly remodeled section, which was a two-story building with easy access to the main hotel. My room was wonderful and for the special price, due to the off-season, it was a real "bargain." It had everything I love: Comfortable chair with ottoman, mini-fridge, Microwave, comfortable bed/pillows, laminate floors, large bathroom with amazing shower, desk/computer chair, closet and plenty or drawer space. The view of the lake from the room window was very nice and I could walk around the Fort area very easily. There was a no-stairs access ramp if you reserve a room on the first floor. My only minor complaint is that the indoor pool is very small and they should have "adult only" hours for the pool as every time I wanted to use it, it was loaded with children splashing all over the place. I think ALL hotels should have "adults only" pool hours. We also enjoyed the Firepits, Fire Table and restaurant but I think I will review that in a separate post. I plan to return in the off season. Lake George is way too crowded for me in the Summer.

Worst Hotel sorry Motel in a clever way Cheating in a clever way . Never book this hotel blindly. While booking u see good new building and when u go for room you will be given not ever par with motel in highway . Maybe that’s better when I use stay 25 years back in school .i can rate this on negative rate not even 1

Great Conference Location This is the second year as a conference participant at FWH and its been a great experience. I hear from everyone that the hotel staff is particularly friendly and everyone speaks to you when they see you. The rooms are nice, the food service is excellent and the location, especially during nice weather is breathtaking. Love the Lake George region and our stay was great. Just one thing, some rooms are in need of some new furniture but the beds were very comfortable. No issues.
