Due to the Covid-19 they are not cleaning the rooms while occupied. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and would have liked to have the room cleaned at least once while there. Staff was very professional and pleasant.

Convenient Location This hotel was easy to access although the parking garage took two spins around the block to find the entrance. The lobby area and guest areas were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was pretty friendly albeit a bit overwhelmed with some big convention of kids doing some sort of contests. (note: same kids ran up and down the halls at all hours causing a ruckus) The attached restaurant was nice and pool area seemed good but we did not use it.
There is an awesome late night bar and pizza place right around the corner that is walking distance. Open and serving booze and pizza until 4am!!!!

Just Okay I stayed here for one night in September 2013 in order to attend a convention at the Peoria Civic Center. The hotel is walking distance to the Civic Center and so quite convenient. It is an older hotel but there have been some upgrades. My room was large and clean although the furnishings were dated. The AC worked fine. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Shower water was cold at 5 am and took about 5 minutes to warm up. The TV didn't work well. Had to repeatedly turn it on and off to get a picture. I could not get the WiFi to work after 45 minutes on the phone with the tech people the hotel referred me to. That was a major disappointment and is why I am lowering the rating for service. The parking garage is a little weird as others have noted. Hard to find and navigate. The room service staff and the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Wasn't crazy about the food. But yes, with a good price and needing a location near the Civic Center, I would stay here again.

Good choice for low dollars! We paid peanuts to stay here and of course I was concerned that the price was going to match the overall experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel is overall a decent place to stay, in a great location, with modern furnishings, comfortable beds and a great bargain! Yes, the rooms need some attention as ours had ripped wallpaper, some sheetrock issues and small detail flaws.. BUT the A/C heat worked great and it was roomy and clean. We have stayed in this city before paying double the price and probably will choose to stay here again. The restaurant was NOT a good choice however!
