First off be aware this establishment does not honor Groupon so I was forced to pay the motels rate and Groupon didn't reimburse me. Next once getting into the cabin you can't help but notice how old and dated everything is, then you'll notice that they don't clean the cabins very well as there were lots of dead bugs all over. The cabin had cable wire coming from the ceiling to the tv and openings in the walls where drywall had been removed but not replaced, the only nice part of stay is that the area the cabins are in is nice and quaint and had small mountain town vibes. I wouldn't recommend staying for more than a weekend but it was priced low enough for me just passing through for the night

Propane leak, ancient, gross Propane leak in washroom, I initially thought it was sewage that would air out. That's when I found all windows painted shut. After asking for three hours I got told that I would have to pay 8$ to move me to a different room. Turning off propane not an option. Floor sticky and not clean. Yard smells of urine

Cats??? Great Hotel Just remember that no this is not a Motel 6. My family and I stayed there for one night since we got there at midnight. What can you expect to pay for a $49 for one night due to since there was a lot of cats everywhere at the Grand Canyon Motel. Although, since this motel is really nice. The staff at the office is really nice. One thing that I didn't like about is that the Panasonic TV didn't have a lot of channels such like ESPN basically the sports channels, etc... If you wanted to watch the news you would had to watch KUTV CBS 2 News from Salt Lake City. This motel is really nice and I would definitely come back again pretty soon!

Quaint A reasonable Mom and Pop Motel, much cheaper than all the others we stayed in during 16 day holiday. Clean beds, good bath and shower and a TV. Pity about all the feral cats but we are cat lovers. The Whittakers are elderly but doing their best. This Motel needs help but we'd stay there again.
