Reno, Nevada: Casino City with Arts and Outdoor Adventure

Reno lives up to its billing as “The Biggest Little City in the World" thanks to its flashy casinos, cultural centers, and restaurants worthy of a much larger metropolis, all packed together on Virginia Street. If you need a break from courting Lady Luck at the big gaming palaces such as Circus Circus and Harrah's (which was born here), head to the Truckee River Arts District to explore the Nevada Museum of Art and the National Automobile Museum. Because of its location at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and just east of Tahoe National Forest, the city also puts visitors within reach of rushing rivers and high mountain ranges for hiking, rafting, and gold-rush reenacting.

Another great weekend... Evem with the bad weather High limit staff is great! Jesus is so friendly! Love coming here for weekend getaway. Plenty to do at the resort. Lot of food options. Most importantly to me there is good air circulation. I hat smelling the cigarette smoke. Also love Crystal Lounge. Saturday nights are the best to me. Love the dj and music selection.

1st visit/ slot machine player Came in from out of town for a couple of days, this was my first time at GSR. Was trying to figure out where everything was, an employee named Jesus D must have seen me looking lost because he approached me and asked us if we had any questions, he was the most nicest and helpful. He recommend a few places to eat and pointed out a few key spots in the casino. Ran into him again the following day and recognized us, again very pleasant, we really enjoyed the slot machines here, making our visit a 10/10. Definitely will be coming here again.
