The heart and soul of Great Wolf Lodge Anaheim is its 105,000-square-foot indoor water park. Splashy rides such as the Howlin’ Tornado—an enclosed water slide that shoots you through a six-story funnel—and a zero-depth-entry wave pool with 3-foot swells surround the park’s iconic hub: a four-story treehouse with a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket. Younger kids will have a blast with the water slides and gentle spray features of Whooping Hollow and Cub Paw Pool.
The water park, which hovers around 84 degrees all year long, isn’t the resort’s only family-friendly activity. You’ll also find an arcade with more than 100 games.

Don’t bother. Save your money No wonder this place is on Groupon, it is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. It’s expensive, crowded and musty in the pool/wateride area.
If you notice the only people giving decent reviews are elite yelpers who get invited to stay for free.
We booked the cabana outside. They “forgot” to tell us that the outside pool was closed. Went to our cabana and it was already occupied by someone else. All staff looks miserable and had an attitude. We never received a text when our room was ready. We went to front desk and they said our room was ready. What a coincidence. Came to play bowling, the joystick is popping out of its place and games didn’t work. We tried multiple lanes. Bumpers wouldn’t go up. And Good luck using the phone in the room because you’re on hold for ten minutes then it hangs up. Food is expensive and disgusting. You get no service in the hotel. Never coming back and telling everyone I know to not even bother coming.

Understaffed; very slow We have enjoyed Great Wolf all over the US more than 10 times, so we know its offerings pretty well. This location does offer a couple of additional advanced rides and also the surfing in exchange for wave and a very short lazy river.
Our main problem was that this place deliberately slows you down by keeping advanced rides short-staffed and by having limited number of tubes/mats. At one place, they had only one staff member attending to 4 advanced rides. Naturally, he can attend to only 1 at a time. The exit points were not a problem from safety perspective, so if they had more staff members and tubes, they could have increased the throughput by at least 3 times, thereby reducing the wait-times.
Sure, they may not care as they get their flat fees nonetheless, but the customer satisfaction suffers.

Not happy anymore Weve been going here since 2015, almost every year we celebrate my daughters birthday but it changed a lot, they charge parking now.. but thats not my concern, staff are not that nice anymore, front desk does not know how to smile or interact, and lifeguard as well. staff there aNd they seemed not happy working there .
this might be the last time us going there.

the only time my kid got happy is the arcade , thas all..
