Seriously GROSS! This place is disgusting! If you do choose to risk your health, wear sandles everywhere. Ended up with toe nail fungus after staying and swimming in the disgusting pool. The staff were rude. Only one restaurant was open the time we stayed (nothing is open during the week) yet you pay a ridiculous price for the night still. Our room was filthy. The arcade takes $20 every 5 minutes. I hope the new waterpark that connects to MOA puts Great Wild out of business. It’s just nasty. I get if it’s cheap the. You get what you pay for…. But $600 a night just for the room and it has the appeal of a cheap motel. Save yourself the money, don’t go!!

Fun for kids terrible to stay at. Meh. Do not stay here! You get no perks for staying in the building. The hotel is outdated looks 90’s. There are no blankets on any beds just thin army emergency blankets. Worn out mattresses and squeaky bunkbeds, fireplaces that don’t work, burnt out light bulbs, moldy grouting. At the waterpark, there are no chairs to sit on available and if you want to put your things somewhere, you can pay $30 for a locker while you wait for your room. The food is all disgusting. It’s the worst food in the area. You can have everything: waterpark, magic, quest, activities for the kids for a day pass price. As soon as you walk in the door you will be hemorrhaging money. You can stay in a 5 star hotel nearby for less. Eat better, sleep better, live better, just not at Great Wolf Lodge. There are no accommodations there which provide anything free to families to make their stay relaxing. No water fountain, no laundry, no way to dry your swimsuit, no plates, no freezer, no cutlery, barely a sink, no free parking spot, no chair to sit on. But if you enjoy torture indulge!

Great staff The staff was amazing. Plenty of help and spring break activities were plentiful. Close to mall of America. Its not over the top great. But super solid. Good food, good rooms, and clean. Few mix ups but staff was patient and easy to work with. Parking is tight but that's it.
