Very pleasant place. The staff was amazing prompt and punctual. Harmony is the best person ever!!! She was an angel to my family! This is literally a fun spot for kids! You don't have to leave the resort for anything!

Fun Staycation It is a spectacular hotel to enjoy with your family. There are so many activities for all ages. You will not be disappointed! We went with our 5 year old twin granddaughters and they loved every minute of our time at the Great Wolf Lodge in Naples!

“Fun, Family-Friendly, and Fantastic Staff!” We had an amazing experience at Great Wolf Lodge! The waterpark was a blast—fun for all ages with tons of attractions, slides, and activities that kept us smiling the whole time. Everything was clean, well-organized, and felt very family-friendly and safe.
A special shout-out to Sofia and Kelsey at the front desk—they truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warmth, handled everything efficiently, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism set the tone for a fantastic visit. Thank you both for making our trip unforgettable!

Family Fun at The Great Wolf Lodge! The entrance was really nice and the customer service was fantastic. The corridors have this wonderful scent providing an excellent outdoor vibe. The rooms were super clean and the beds very comfortable. The waterpark area was great and my girls enjoyed every minute of it. I had a few drinks from the bar by the pool outside which were very refreshing. We did the ropes course as well. We look forward to visiting again. Totally worth it.
