NEVER AGAIN This was the most unrelaxing and expensive vacation my family ever went on. It is ridiculous how every single attraction cost money and is very unaffordable for the average middle class family. $15 to play on a playground per kid for 30 minutes is ridiculous! $15 a day for parking, per vehicle is ridiculous also. I could go on and on but in my opinion I would not refer any family to book a vacation at Great Wolf Lodge. If you decide to do so, you better pull out a loan if you want to have a good time. Also, bring your own food. They do not have microwaves or any way of cooking but we brought a crockpot and cook our own meals. They do have a microwave in the ice machine area. It's better than spending a butt load of money at the very expensive restaurants. This place is way over rated and my family and I will never visit this place again.

Okay hotel, deceptive billing The lodge itself was fine but the billing process was not transparent. At check out I asked for a complete breakdown of charges. I double checked that there were no additional fees and was assured I would only be charged the displayed amount. Five days later, without warning or notice, I had an additional $200 charged to my card. Be careful if you stay here and expect additional charges after you leave.

POOR, RUDE, AND A WASTE Needs training and an overhaul. overall horrible experience that we cut our family vacation short. There were issues left and right from parking gate not working, service workers forgetting our orders, and workers arguing with each other in front of our kids.
