Okay hotel, deceptive billing The lodge itself was fine but the billing process was not transparent. At check out I asked for a complete breakdown of charges. I double checked that there were no additional fees and was assured I would only be charged the displayed amount. Five days later, without warning or notice, I had an additional $200 charged to my card. Be careful if you stay here and expect additional charges after you leave.

POOR, RUDE, AND A WASTE Needs training and an overhaul. overall horrible experience that we cut our family vacation short. There were issues left and right from parking gate not working, service workers forgetting our orders, and workers arguing with each other in front of our kids.

Shame on you So it started off by going good like the slides and the arcade and stuff were fun but the lines were very long. The worst part was when the boys got accused of harassing a housekeeper and removed from the resort with out our parents knowing. Said harassment was them telling a housekeeper she looked nice today. When they came back to find our parents to let them know what happened and get their stuff the threatened to call the cops. Our parents questioned what was going on and they told them mistakes were made but we still needed to leave and refused to refund because they came back in the hotel. These are minors that were removed without informing parents of it. What else are children supposed to do in that situation? So disappointed in the manor this was delt with
