Very clean and quiet room. We stayed in the condominium section of the resort. I really enjoyed the room it had 2 tvs which was great. We celebrated my son’s 16th birthday and the boys had a great time. Waterpark was very clean however if you stay in the condo part you will be super far from the waterpark which I disliked.

Not what we expected. We've just received a text, less than 24 hours from checking in, that some of their water slides, activities are down. When I call under the assumption of setting up a new reservation, they told me everything was working. What a scam! Our family is out on we expected, we're planning our vacations elsewhere after this.

Absolutely disgusting I struggle to find words to describe how absolutely disgusting this place is. So bad that I’m leaving a night early to have to avoid another moment in this place. The room is in absolutely appalling condition. The carpet is in tatters and stained, there is a mold like substance all over the ceiling of the bathroom, and the room looks like it’s never been refurbished or had a deep clean since that day this place was built. You couldn’t pay me to come back.

pay good money to feel like you stayed in a slum Terrible stay! check in line was absolutely awful, sprung a $15 parking fee on top of the resort fee, talked down to by staff, room smelled like a deep fryer with the oil never changed, talked down to again when asking for help. bed felt like sleeping in a deflated air mattress and the carpet was old and gross. arcade was outrageously overpriced and charged $10 tax for buying overpriced paw passes. spent well over $600 for a one nights stay with the extras to feel like I got robbed.
