Poor customer service I had a very disappointing experience at Hampton Inn Houston I-10 East this morning. While waiting for my son, who was taking a state test at this facility, I needed WiFi to handle an urgent matter. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy, but when I politely asked the front desk lady for access, her response was not only unhelpful but outright rude. She dismissively told me that only guests are allowed to use the WiFi, with an attitude that made me feel completely unwelcome. I understand policies, but there is always a professional and courteous way to communicate them. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in the hospitality industry. Because of this experience, I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again and will not recommend this hotel or any Hilton properties to anyone. Clearly, customer service is not a priority here.

Motel experience I stayed here i was not told the tv was not working they dont have smart tv two towels were ripped chair all peeled off it just made my room feel very outdated also my ac was not working properly it took several hours to get the room to 70. It was at 74

Spectacular Service WOW we were so impressed with Kaniya’s level of expertise and professionalism. We stayed at your hotel as we wanted a place to rest before the Warriors/Rockets game and afterwards since we drove in from Beaumont TX. It was my first time seeing the Warriors, so I was already on a high. Nothing beats a high than a rude and selfless person waiting on you like not only do they hate their day but they hate their job. We did not get this from Kaniya. Kaniya greeted us with a SMILE, gave us directions to our room, told us about the amenities in the room, where and what time breakfast would be served, where and what time the cupboard was open and so much more….she literally took all the guess work out from our stay which was FABULOUS. No need to be tired and get to room and must look up information, we were able to just simply put our bags down, go next-door to the seafood restaurant and come back and relax before the game. Oh yes and when asked if the restaurant was good that was near to the property, she gave us an honest answer. Thank you, Kaniya for making our stay amazing and ensuring we will be staying with the Hampton Inn hotels again.

Property needs maintenance and Investment I have stayed at this hotel several times because of value and location to local family. Staff is always great. Unfortunately, I was sad to experience that the hotel is starting to show signs of maintenance neglect. There is new Marriott property right next door.

Great for a night on the road. Showed up late on motorcycle, Marie at front desk was very nice and had me park bike where she could watch it. Breakfast Hostess was exceptionally friendly and room is exactly what you would expect. Digital key took a few attempts each time last night, but seems to have awaken and is working well today!
