Zoe is great! Zoe helped us get settled in and was friendly, professional and efficient. She even texted to see if we needed anything before we turned in for the night. She's awesome!!! She made it a great experience. On our way out she greeted us again with a smile on the way out.

Mara and Glenna ( BEST ) From breakfast to housekeeping staff was wonderful breakfast lady only had a few things to work with. This would be management and she did try her best. You’ve done a great job Mara. , housekeeping staff, which was only one lady for this whole hotel that would also be management. I don’t understand how one housekeeper could be expected to do a whole hotel. She done very well for only being the only housekeeper I think her name was Glenna . There was another young lady trying to help her this again would be management. I did ask to speak to the manager, but there was no manager , these two young ladies, the breakfast lady housekeeping lady done their best with what they had they need to be recognized for all they have done !!!!!

Friendly employees, sinkholes in parking lot The associates here are extremely friendly! Always helpful at desk, answering questions! Breakfast attendants very attentive! The hotel is clean, but a bit outdated, probably time for some refreshing. Great location to do things we were interested in. A bit concerned about multiple large sinkholes on back of property, closing off some access to parking, to the extent even the concrete building where dumpy was has settlement cracks. Asked 2 employees how long it has been, they "didn't know". However, I saw a review from a few years ago with pictures, and the sinkholes are worse and larger. Not sure why they would let it go that long without fixing. I was concerned with parking my car too close to that end of property. They've even put a dumpy to the front of property, since no vehicles can drive the backside of property, it's all blocked off. Not a good look for a Hilton property. Great employees, parking lot needs attention, sinkholes make people anxious.

Friendliest and most helpful staff ever! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed, even after traveling over 30 years. The staff is first class, the place is clean and quiet, and the manager worked with us to provide a discounted rate due to our several week stay to assist with our ailing father in Mt. Dora. Thanks Victoria and Staff!

Excellent staff in a well run hotel Customer service at this property was excellent. We were greeted by Bobby at the front desk who clearly likes his job and has a gift of hospitality. He was pleasant every time we encountered him and handled every request promptly with pleasantness. We had some beach towels that looked like the room towels that accidentally got removed and housekeeping staff Theresa and Glenna bent over backwards to track them down and get them back to us. The manager Victoria was very pleasant and has trained her staff well. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very well run.
