Stay somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of options within walking distance. The restaurant is pretty good, the bar is nice and the rooms are nicely renovated, when you can get to them (more on that later), but that's about where it ends. We're Hilton Honors members, but that got us pretty much nowhere this time around. Our check-in person was friendly, but checked us into a room that was already occupied, which caused embarrassment, confusion and a lot of extra work, because only one elevator was working. Total chaos. And I subsequently found out that the person in "our" room was some sort of quality assurance person, which made me chuckle. I'm glad their own staff get priority over Honors members. When I got back to the lobby, I had to wait about five minutes to get to the same friendly, front desk staff member, who couldn't seem to find another room. Her colleague (supervisor maybe, but not sure) was quite possibly the nastiest front desk person I have ever encountered. I asked for the manager, James, who arrived quickly and was amazingly helpful and got things sorted out to everyone's satisfaction. Kudos to you, James, but get your staff into a customer relations seminar somewhere...fast!!! We finally arrived at our room, and the sliding bathroom door would not stay closed, but at that point, I wasn't about to push the envelope, so we just 'made do'. Dinner was nice and our server was amazing. Checkout the next morning was nondescript, but the front desk person (someone else) was clueless and disinterested in pretty much everything. We have stayed at this location (and many others) multiple times, but I am not so sure I will stay here again.

Travel stop in Brunswick, GA The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The bath has a walk-in shower that is very convenient and safe for seniors such as us. Staff is friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. Location is conveniently located close to highway exit for travelers. The only downside is that the restaurant drink and food selection was somewhat limited.

Very dissatisfied - One of the worst HGI's in the Hilton portfolio. Worst HGI in the Hilton portfolio. Digital key offered but doesnt work. When I brought it up to the staff I was advised that I cant have the app open when I walk in the front door. HUH? Premium wifi is no better than regular so its a nonsense up-charge and buyer beware...... "breakfast included" means a $10.00 food and beverage credit only.... unlike the other 150 HGI's I've stayed at in the past where you either get a breakfast coupon for your MTO breakfast or its just not added to the bill. Needless to say I was not at all satisfied with any part of my stay from the moment I walked in the front door to the moment I left. Hilton has a 100% statisfaction guarantee that wasn't honored either. My satisfaction was 0% so it qualifies. I brought it up to the staff AND the manager and just received a blank stare...... so I walked out. I will file a complaint with the AG for GA. "Breakfast included" is not the same as a "$10.00 food and beverage credit" so change the way the room details are listed.

Inaccurate information about electric car chargers. The hotel was nice, the room was nice and the staff was fine. The only issue is that they said car chargers within 75 feet of the building. have level 2 chargers for overnight car charging. Hotel did not have CSS or a Tesla charger. About 1/4 mile away and across the road was a level 3 Tesla charger. My car is CSS charging. That is every other make except Tesla and Leaf. I had an adapter for a level 2 charger. If you have a Tesla or have a level 3 adapter for Tesla, you can charge across the street. Everyone else is out of luck. The hotel needs to be accurate and specific about what they offer

Super Stay This is a new property, built in the last few years, My wife and I stopped for one evening on a trip from Florida. We found this hotel excellent. Staff was terrific, room was exceptionally clean. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee. In addition to a breakfast buffet, there is a sit down restaurant in the evening. The menu is limited, but adequate for a quick meal. A few Gluten free items would have been nice. We had the Burger, which was terrific and fries were great. Only thing I did not appreciate was that a 20% gratuity that was "Automatically" added to the bill. We make the "Snowbird" trip twice a year and this hotel will definitely be on our return to list.
