Paid twice as you had ne checking in on August 9 when I said July 9, so I paid twice. I paid for a United Airline package and my air fare from Kahalui (OGG) the night of July 8, 20424went well for myself and PSP) the morning of July 9, 2024 wnt well on United Airline package. We had a big problem with the hotel checking in for 7 nights on July 9, 2024 as the hotel said we had no reservations for July 9th, however we had reservations for August 9, 2024. The front desk clerk erased out Reservations that was made in error for August 9, 204 and said we can now pay in advance for 7 nights from July 9, 2024 as they needed payment in advance as they had no record of out package we paid for and now we expect to be reimbursed over $1,400.00 plus we had to pay immediately on July 9, 2024. I paid the 7 night stay twice and ex-ect to,be reimbursed for my direct payment of over $1,400.00. Monte D. Fitts cell 808-870-8095

Nice hotel stay in Rancho Mirage When selecting a hotel in the Palm Springs area we were a little shocked by the high prices but found this little gem in nearby Rancho Mirage. The hotel is older but it was very clean. The hotel was quiet and safe and in a great area near restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the main drag in Palm Springs. The pool was clean and inviting on a warm May day. Breakfast is not free but we were able to get what we needed ala carte.

Lovely hotel Have stayed here twice for Coachella weekend. Lovely hotel with great staff. Had an issue where we were charged for more breakfasts than we purchased but they took care of it quickly. Rooms were very nice and well kept. Hope to make it here again.

Best staff The staff are just amazing. They are so helpful. The place is a bit run down. Nice pool. The room was fine and the bath nice. I had a bathtub! The breakfast is ok especially if you like omelettes., Not much Diamond club parking but property not that big.

Pass on this property this hotel really needs a refresh. The carpets in the hallways are worn and rippling. Our room had mold on the bathroom ceilings and wallpaper. Coffee is provided in the lobby but there was no free breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were priced about the same as other properties but for Palm Springs prices, I expected a clean room.
