Caring Team The team here is very attentive and accommodating. Jynx & Tarie each night are terrific. Assisting with my luggage at check in and very quick & pleasant when I needed my vehicle at night. Nichalas check in often via text. Even giving me a recommendation for a vet as my little guy was under the weather. Clean and comfortable rooms, I’ll be back for sure.

Valet Service is awesome Hotel is nice. It’s convenient for the concerts we see. We travel from upstate ny so when we arrive we are a bit tired. When we arrived Friday afternoon, we pulled into valet… as we always do. Frank and another young man were doing the Valet. The other person took 3 cars AFTER I pulled in. Frank was hustling. He apologized for the delay and instantly got us taken care of. Service when we left was above expectations. Check out was friendly and the valet team was out freaking standing. I believe Rick brought our vehicle and was great. The 3 guys working this Saturday morning 3/8/25 were top notch! Will be back and use the service for sure.

Exceptional Staff I can’t remember the last time that I have stayed somewhere and I have felt like I was actually a paying customer that felt appreciated for my business. That is the kind of customer service I received from the Toledo Hilton. The food was also excellent and the hotel is very clean. Great job!

Exceptional Staff! Let me start with my arrival, Valet parking attendant Portia was welcoming with a huge smile on her face, even though it was cold and raining. It started the stay off in a positive manner. The front desk attendant Nannette was very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and clean , bed was very comfortable. I had an issue with my iron and when I called the front desk the young man informed me that there wasn’t anyone available to bring up a replacement at that time but once he was off work he would run it up to me. I wish I would have gotten his name. What great customer service! I was there for work and the food was exceptional, the staff that served us was Asia and Nikia they were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were cared for. When we were leaving Portia remembered my name. I was blown away, Keisha who also worked valet was just as friendly. I can’t remember the last time that I have had such excellent customer service and it was the staff being pleasant and appreciating our business. I travel a lot for work and I would put your staff as the best out there! Well done Hilton Toledo! I hope you appreciate your staff as much as I do because they definitely made my stay one of the best! Thank you!

Great Top notch greeting by Kevin the valet, answered all my questions and gave some great advice on food near the area. Hotel is nice, very clean, wish the baseball season was going because a high storied room backs right up to the Toledo MudHens baseball stadium.
