I was a bit nervous while I was in the process of booking this hotel; however, I am glad I booked it. The receptionist was helpful and polite. The hotel itself was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. I will book with this Hilton Hotel location whenever I visit NYC. The hotel is 30-40 minutes away from NYC. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this Hilton location.

Below par Hilton Meh hotel. Kind of in a corporate park. A bit run down and shabby. Hot tub either didn't work or wasn't very hot or clean. Stepped on broken glass in room and they chose not to comp anything. Had to be here for wedding, and unless you do, I'd look around. One bright spot is good gym for this price range.

Rude staff overcharged me on 2 separate visits The room was nice. But the hotel staff, save one woman, was rude and not helpful. I go to this hotel quite often but every time they are rude. I paid extra for breakfast on both of the mornings but I was still charged extra for both days and had to explain the issue to the front desk over and over and it took about 15 minutes. One time when I ordered food at the restaurant I as charged twice -
another frustrating 15 minutes at the desk with rude people.’
The iron stained and ruined a shirt
of mine. The second one they brought up was broken. I I recall correctly the 3rd one they brought was fine.

Worst experience ever - incompetence behind the reception desk Room booked and paid for ahead of time. Reservation could not be found and staff showed no engagement to support. Showed proof of reservation and payment, still they could not be bothered. We had to find another hotel at 11pm. Still waiting to get my money back.
