It’s not the hotel that I’m complaining about. It’s Groupon that messed the reservation up by letting me book a room with a place that was already fully booked and charging for it.

Nickel and Dime you for a basic room The room was good. But, I was very dissatisfied at the way that this motel nickel and dimes guest with extra charges. This is a roadside motel, not a busy downtown motel, yet they add on an additional $12 for parking!! There should not be any extra parking fee for a motel located in the suburbs, and, if they do, it should certainly be made clear on the website, rather than just at check-in. They also add an extra charge for breakfast ... not a special breakfast with menu items and table service ... just the typical motel breakfast with scrambled egg-whites and cold cereal! The motel is a bit run down. And, there was only a single ice machine in operation when I stayed, YET they seem to fancy themselves as an upscale motel with pricey add-ons which should be included in the price of the room. Don't stay here, unless you like to be nickel and dimed for basic services!!

Perfect experience at this Holiday Inn Perfect experience working with the Holiday Inn Chandler team on an event for our customers in the region. Malene, their event coordinator, made everything so simple and easy to manage since the beginning. Later, during the event, she managed to every single request with the best disposition. I totally recommend this hotel for any kind of event, but also to spend the night there. They have a great pool for those hot days in Phoenix… hope to have time next trip to enjoy it!

500 dollar smoking fee I’m so irritated and frustrated with this air quality bs that they have going on in Phoenix charging people $500 unexpectedly just random. Literally left early in the morning. Get here in the evening for three nights and end up getting $500 fee for smoking fee and we weren’t even in the room but to lay our heads. I’m gonna send them a bill for the fact that false advertisement with amenities that didn’t even work. For example, the pool and Jacuzzi were closed second nobody came in to do any housekeeping none of the days we were here and when I asked how they come about making that decision of which room they choose to make these charges on because we weren’t here and actually there’s a back door to this room that goes to a balcony where the traffic is located so we did have the back door open to the patio so I’m wondering like do they count the air coming in from the outside as you changing the quality of the air in the room or what I don’t know, but this is ridiculous and a rip off. I stay in various cities IHG‘s and have never had an issue except here in Phoenix, which Phoenix air quality already is an issue so yeah when you’re trying to provide quality air for your customers and guess take that into consideration that charging them a fee isn’t gonna make your air quality in your city any better. And don’t expect anybody to ever call you back on that because it’s a report a report that they pull out their butts and that you’re supposed to just be OK with that justification as to why they’re charging you.
