Great location and great vibe. Great stay for six nights on our visit to the area. Rooms were amazingly spacious, very clean and the atmosphere made the trip so much better. Only issues we had was the big event they had that caused a nightmare for parking as the front entrance was blocked off one night. I get it though, so not a major ordeal. For the most part the staff was very welcoming. As a hotelier (20-years), I always take pride on my staff being as pleasant and friendly as possible, with a smile. The young man who worked the mid-shift is definitely a keeper...amazing personality and seemed happy to be there. There were a few others who seemed a little bothered that we came to the desk with questions. Regardless it was an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Turn off pay for parking.I don't need it plenty of room You can see the need for paying for parking. You have plenty of spaces. That's just an adding burden on the person staying here, and he kind of makes it. Let's go someplace else. It's a turn off. So if you were to drop the paper parking, we'd spend more time there

Had a nice visit! I had a pleasant visit. The propery is clean and the staff were friendly. Very centally located and easy access to downtown, SJC airport, and light rail. Didn't get a chance to use any of the F&B outlets, but the 24 hours self serve shop at the front desk came in handy.
