Not up to Hilton standards Pool heater was broken. Desk clerk offered to waive parking fees (why are there parking fees in Longmont?!). No "Do Not Disturb" sign, so requested front desk place "Do Not Clean" notice on our room. Depending on who you ask, they either didn't do it or posted "Please Clean" instead & our room was cleaned. The only day (of 5-day stay) we ate breakfast at the hotel, they were out of most things - food and plates/bowls, etc. Door lock kept malfunctioning, requiring desk clerk to come to our room to let us in - 3 times. Then maintenance came & spent significant time trying to fix it; couldn't, so he disabled the deadbolt (?!). Manager offered to remove parking fees for all our inconveniences. Told him they already had due to the pool. He said they only removed 2 days, he removed the remaining 3. Worst stay we've had in over 20 years. We frequently stay in Longmont to visit family. This hotel is no longer on our list of places to stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. A very pleasant stay. Afterr I booked, I read the reviews and was terribly concerned. I shouldn't have been. I'll address some of the other reviewer's complaints. We spent 3 weeks in Longmont from the 3rd to the 23rd of November. I do want to say we chose what was probably the quietest room in the hotel, on the top floor. In the entire 3 weeks, we heard other people only a handful of times and never very late. We heard a barking dog once. The train I didn't even notice at first, but when I did it was never bothersome, certainly nothing loud enough to wake us. The room was exactly as pictured online. I found it quite clean. Pet friendly hotels really shouldn't have carpet, but while it has stains, it was clean. The pool was lovely, though we didn't use it. Breakfast was better than average for a hotel, but nothing special. Only 2 washers and dryers, and rather pricy at $2.50 each, but ok. Gym was okay. The "business center" is in the lobby with everything else. I did do some office work from my room and found the basic wifi sufficient. The parking lot is, in fact, too small for the number of cars and one night we weren't able to park and we were on the street instead. It's only a few steps further and the desk clerk immediately offered to refund that night's parking fee. We were not able to get the induction burner for the first week and a half because they were all in use, but the desk clerks kept us in mind and told us as soon as one was available. We found the employees very polite and accommodating the entire time we were there. There was a small mix up with housekeeping, who skipped us a couple times, but that was in part miscommunication. We should have notified the front desk. All in all, we found it a clean, comfortable stay and we be happy to stay again.

It was our choice once, but no longer. This was our go-to hotel for visits to Boulder family for a number of years - we were very impressed with the features and layout of the rooms. Enough so that we could overlook the mediocre breakfast. When they told us that we would have to pay nightly to park, and that we could not bring our diminutive trailer. we had to give up and move on to a different option.

Guest be aware ! The Hotel is nice and clean. My room was located right next to the ice machine so that was the first Issue. Be aware that this location has a rail line running close by with several train passing during the night suggest to avoid unless you are a heavy sleeper. As bonus because their account system was changing when I check in I got charged a no show extra night. I had to call them to have the extra charge removed highly unprofessional if you ask me!

Embarrassment to the Hilton brand We’re Hilton Gold members and our preference is to always stay at a Hilton hotel when we travel. The Hilton2Suites is one of our favorites. We always have a good experience staying at a Home2Suites. This Home2Suites however, is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. Rooms are smaller than a typical Home2Suites and in serious need of repair and deep cleaning. The wall trims are loose and coming off; carpets are extremely dirty and full of suspicious pet urine and feces stains. The only chair in the room also had similar stains. I strongly recommend bringing a pair of slippers if you choose to stay here. Do not walk barefoot in the room. One of the beds in our room had a mattress protector instead of a bedspread. Housekeeping staff do not speak a word of English. We had to show them an empty toilet roll and soap to get toilet paper and soap from them. They also do not put trash bags in the trash cans after emptying them. We had to ask for them. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms in between occupants especially if pets are allowed. Breakfast is included but it is just awful with an assortment of processed microwaveable dishes, cereal, watery diluted oatmeal, stale breads, muffins and waffles. Coffee tasted rancid and diluted. There was a homeless person who kept coming into the hotel to eat breakfast. The laundry facility is also in need of repair. It cost $2.50 per cycle. One of the dryer doors is coming apart and makes a loud deafening noise when in use. The guest computers and printer in the lobby area are only for show, and do not work. Parking lot is a shared lot with a strip mall but hotel guests are charged an additional parking fee of $10 per day. Longmont is a suburb, not a city. There is no reason for the parking fee.
