Worst hotel casino ever I have been to a lot of casino hotels. I have to say this was by far one of the worst hotels and casinos I've ever been too. 2 staff members one working days and one working over nights were pretty rude. The hotel is extremely rundown. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was working. Then this one broke down. So had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. My room had no remote. But yet 2 tvs. My bathroom was dirty. I had coffee but no coffee pot. No microwave in the room. Basically they are pretty much forcing you to get in the casino. Which only 1 place was opened. The casino is by far the worst I've gone too. They have a lot of slot games. But of the same exact ones. Absolutely stupid. If I could give 0 I'd give it this. Their were 2 staff members one days and one nights that were very pleasant to talk too. However the late night girl scolded him for something. While I was stand there. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible! An absolute disaster! Check-in took more than an hour because there was only one person working the desk who kept disappearing into the back for several minutes at a time. Two out of 4 elevators broken. Room smelled of smoke, sheets had 2" holes in them and bathroom was filthy. Room cleaning is only upon request and they need 24 hours+ notice. WiFi was not working, several machines in gym broken down and yet they have the nerve to levy a $20 a day "resort fee." For what? I've traveled extensively and this ranks amongst the very worst hotels I have ever stayed at. There are plenty of other options in St. Louis. Try them and steer clear of this one!

Horrible and disgusting We booked the top suite for 1 night with the kids. When we got there one elevator was broken. We went up to our room on the second floor. Everything was bland, the couch was tiny, it had a table with four chairs, just a couple wall hangings, no brochure for what to do in the city. Bathroom small and old, bedroom decent sized. We could switch HDMI for the kids to play there XBox they don’t have that. It had a gas smell in the room. The bed was not very nice at all. The room was filthy, dried blood on the light fixture shade, mattress stained, couch had cigarette burn, staines all over the furniture. Pubs in the showers and on toilet. We did not stay we checked out late at the night. Did not feel comfortable staying. I could say a lot more but best to book somewhere else maybe four seasons.

Bed bugs!!!! Bed bugs! First room 718 check the bed and it is full of bed bugs feces. Go down to front show them pictures and they act like they have no idea what that is. Only one elevator working and building is hot. Then given another room on 7th floor. Same thing. Bed bugs! Went downstairs and immediately asked for a refund! I feel sorry for people who don’t check the rooms for bed bugs and end up with an infestation in their own home which can cost thousands!!!! This hotel must be infested!

Brief Get-Away Hotel check-in went well, spacious and clean room. Only one elevator was in operation, and room was NOT a convenient distance to elevator, especially for my husband who has mobility issues. Looking back, I should have mentioned this to check-in clerk, or perhaps he should have told me about the elevator issue. Live and learn!
