Mostly pros, a few minor cons Pros: Room was clean, streaming was easy and convenient. Hotel was quiet (as quiet as a downtown hotel can be in Chicago) and staff was friendly. Located close to a bus stop which was great. Bed was also very comfortable. Cons: Advertised at a low price, but be prepared there are a lot of fees (reservation fee, urban fee, etc.). The only complimentary breakfast is fruit, and the only free drinking water in the hotel (other than from your sink) was flavored with cucumbers everyday, which was definitely not appealing to us. Overall, we would stay there again!

Mary a is great Check in was super easy. Maryna at the front desk is a delight. Very helpful and accommodating. Room is nice, even if a little tight. Super comfy bed. Would recommend to anyone looking for boutique vibes at really affordable prices. Street parking is cheaper than valet but beware the meter maid

Cons outweigh the Pros I requested no-down bedding and they had it ready for me. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was new with a rainfall shower head and plenty of hot water. One staff member, Marynas Kassidy was wonderfully helpful and she made excellent drinks at the downstairs bar. The location, right downtown, was close to everything a tourist would want to do! The view from the window was pretty, especially at night. The set up was different in that there was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room and the tv is very difficult to use. There is always coffee and tea in the lobby. One has to ask for breakfast items as it is not laid out in the morning and only the orange juice is complimentary. The over-priced pastries were inedible, they were so stale. There is not an in-house restaurant which would be nice for a single person. Honestly, I will not stay here on my next trip to Chicago.

Amazing experience Maryna and Kassidy at the front desk were very friendly and made the check in process easy after a long day of travel. Room was very clean and hotel is in excellent location. Thank you again to Maryna and Kassidy for the hospitality and the view from the room was amazing!

Great front desk crew. Keagan and Maryna were very helpful with early check-in. Maryna went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable. Every employee was smiling and friendly. No complaints here. Not my first stay here and won’t be the last!!!
