Business Party to ring in 2025!! This was our first time at Hotel Julian. And boy did we score. Tamer greeted us right away with a smile and welcomed us in. Tamer lives in San Francisco and is native of Egypt. He is very pleasant, professional and made us feel comfortable and at ease from what seemed to be quite a hectic day of driving from the Central Valley. Hotel Julian has a boutique style vibe and shares space with a fine restaurant that serves delicious dishes and cocktails at Carlotta’s. We are definitely making Hotel Julian our go to hotels when we are visiting the bay. Hotel Julian gets a fantastic 10 out of 10 in our books. Great job y’all.

Terrible Experience and RUDE staff TERRIBLE experience!!! I attempted to book the room for New Years this year. Before I processed payment, the page had refreshed and booked it for yesterday instead of today in error. I IMMEDIATELY called them within minutes and they said they would have to have a manager call me back tomorrow (today), which they did not. I called several times and they kept saying that no manager was on duty and that I would have to wait. I get a call back after 1:00pm today and they said there is nothing they can do to fix the reservation since it’s already passed checkout time the day after my reservation was booked. The ONLY reason it’s a day late is because they said a manager would have to get back to me. They were EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I work for a corporate housing company and the way they treated me is NOT the way you treat anyone when you work in the hospitality industry. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed with how I was treated and I will not be staying at this location in the future and I will steer ALL my client’s business elsewhere as well. The Westin St Francis or the Hilton would NEVER treat their guests this way and I would recommend staying there to anyone else in the future.

I like how all the employees are very polite and respectful and the service is on point. The hotel was nice and fancy, I sure hope they make a membership soon, The employees were very polite. I’d recommend asking for Tamer for service. The rooms are big enough for a small family and groups of friends. cleaning service was excellent.

The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable, with excellent facilities and a convenient location. Both the service and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Wonderful!! The hotel was really good in terms of service given. Especially by Shabby who gave me an early check in and free upgrade. Overall the staff is very supportive and friendly. I thought that it was an old hotel but the rooms were neat and clean and cleaned regularly.
