Romantic Getaway First thing to know is the concierge service at Hotel Panamera is excellent. They were always very responsive and went out of their way to help accommodate us while staying. The travel time from Tulum airport to checkin at the front desk was just at an hour. The Hotel has a classic nondescript sign out front that I feel only adds to their level of sophistication. Once you enter into the breezeway you are immediately met with a beautiful line of sight looking throw the open air restaurant to the ocean. The amount of natural plant life offers a certain amount of privacy and beauty that isn't found elsewhere. We stayed in an ocean view suite overlooking the ocean and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Sleeping with the patio door open and the soothing sounds of the ocean was perfect peace. The wait staff and restaurant on site are incredible. Everything we tasted from the menu was fresh and well executed. I would highly recommend ordering the hummus trio and a mezcal negroni sitting by the beach or the pool. There isn't a bad spot to settle in for the afternoon. The roof bar offers unparalleled views at sunset overlooking the jungle. Even though we experienced rain during our stay it only seemed to add a hint of romanticism to the whole experience. One last note, if you're the adventurous type, rent a scooter from next door and go see the city for yourself one day.

Great Stay at Panamera! Definitely a 5. Hotel is charming, comfortable rooms, food was great, service was terrific. A special mention about David, working beach/hotel food/beverage, and so much more!! David treated us as if we were very special, attending to all our needs, and anticipating what we might want. Beach Club We rented a house in Tulum in the jungle and came here and used the beach club one day. It was fantastic. Staff was super attentive. Food was delicious. Had a great time. I would highly recommend it for a great day. Note that kids cannot use the pool.

A True Tulum Gem – Highly Recommend! We absolutely loved this place—it perfectly captures the essence of what makes Tulum famous. The food was excellent, and the pools were wonderfully refreshing, especially as this is the only hotel in the area with a swimming pool. The vibe is vibrant and upbeat, and the beach is truly picture-perfect. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Best spot on the beach! Thank you Armando for the excellent service! Second time here and had the best time. Very consistent. Good food, service, and drinks are fantastic! Try the shrimp Tacos and espresso martini. Thank you for a lovely day at the beach. _______
