Southern Utah trip Room was affordable and had some modern conveniences. Needs more outlets or USB plugs to charge personal devices while staying. Desk had no place to plug in a laptop or phone. Had to unplug the lamp to use for my phone, but it was the only light that was working properly. Walls need to be painted had paint peeling off near the floor. Only a few of the lights in the room worked. Asked the front desk for light bulbs to install in the lamps and bathroom and then the worked but the ceiling lights still didn't. Water in the shower took a while to get warm but once it did it was fine. Would have liked a hairdryer to use. Continental Breakfast was good but wish it started at 6 AM and not 7AM, and possibly had some variety of bagels not just plain.

Average hotel, great staff, awesome price I'm a regular budget hotel traveler and was very happy with this hotel. Stayed two nights as part of a 3 day trip to Zion National Park. The hotel is dated and the view of the center parking area wasn't the greatest. However where the hotel really shines is the staff and the price. All of the staff were outgoing and friendly. And the price (I paid $104 total for two nights) was awesome, especially in comparison to the very high hotel prices in Springdale. Added bonuses: having a free breakfast (especially given the low hotel price) was great for mornings before hiking, and the breakfast had a decent selection of items. And the location is great for heading to Zion (not as ideal as staying in Springdale, but even better than staying in Hurricane). Clocked in at only a 25 minute drive in the morning from the hotel to the Zion visitor center.

Great place Very friendly and helpful owners, nice big room, clean. Washer/dryer on site. We will definitely come again, if we visit this area. Excellent Indian restaurant next door. Convenient and quiet. Good value for money.
