Loved! We had a really great 2 night trip to Ocean City staying at this hotel. I had stayed here many years ago before the hotel was renovated, and the improvements are very noticeable. Pros- We were able to check in a few hours early, and also pleasantly surprised to see we were given an ocean front room. The view was amazing! The balcony furniture was very comfortable to relax on and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing. We really loved that the door had a screen so we could listen and feel outside but not let any bugs in. The room was super clean, and we were provided plenty of towels. The sheets were clean, pillows fluffy. There was a kitchenette with plenty of cabinet space, dishes and utensils if we needed them, coffee maker, toaster oven (what?!), microwave, and mini fridge. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4, and all of our various items. The employees were all super friendly and incredibly helpful. They checked in with us daily through text message to see if we needed anything, and promptly brought fresh towels when asked. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and they had fresh towels laid out daily. The pool bar downstairs was great to get a frozen drink and breakfast was really good. Con’s- We really wish the beds were queen sized and a little more comfortable. I left with a bit of a sore back. The shower head is a bit low. It didn’t bother me, but my husband who is over 6ft didn’t care for it. The air conditioning wasn’t that great, our room was super hot when we walked into it, so it took a while to cool down. I do blame that on the fact that we were ocean front and the sun was blazing through the windows all day. Once we kept the curtains closed in the mornings, it significantly helped. At night we ended up just leaving the screen door open to let the outside cool air in because the AC really didn’t help much. Wasn’t really a big deal since it’s October and cooler out anyways. The only other thing is I wish the fridge was a full size, but the one we had was super cold and worked great. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and loved our experience!

Very clean hotel. The staff communicated everyday with us to make sure we didn't want anything refreshed in our room. Dog friend The staff was so nice. The place was very clean. They accommodate you with your needs. I was able to check in super early thanks to the front desk and housekeeping. They have a pool bar and restaurant on-site with great food and specials. You see housekeeping doing such a great job everyday with making sure the facilities are cleaned

Very nice and cozy hotel I arrived hours early before regular check in time of 4pm and was able to get into my room super early thanks to the staff. They were great at accommodating and communicating everyday to make sure you didn't want anything refreshed or need anything restocked. The communication between the front desk and housekeeping are fantastic. You always see them cleaning the halls and can really tell they care about the facilities they have
