Do not recommend The hotel is very much outdated, stained comforter and they had roaches. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed nor would it lock. If you’re looking for cleanliness and to be comfortably I would not stay here. The staff was friendly but I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Very disappointed with my Hyatt experience I brought my own pillow. I did not need to use the hotel pillows. My first impression was noticing how dirty the hotel was upon check-in. The elevator floors were dirty, walls dirty, carpet on floor was torn. When opening the door to my hotel room, we noticed the same situation , dirty floors, food stuck on carpet near sofa, toiled had urine stains, and some type of spillage stain on the bathroom wall.

Overnight Stay We stayed here overnight on our roadtrip. We stay at Hyatt a lot. This hotel could use some updates. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Good for a last minute overnight stay. Fairly priced for what you get. Plenty of restaurants in the proximity.

Good place for a quick stay Not a bad stay, other than horrible pillows. The staff went out of their way to make it a good experience. I booked with a 3rd party. There were problems with that company. The Front Desk staff went out of her way to make things work for us! The breakfast buffet was adequate, but nothing stood out.

Hyatt hoover Hyatt Hoover need both an update and an attitude adjustment for the staff. Tiffany check us in and she was great. Sadly the remaining facing staff seemed down, unhappy and put out. It has to be a management issue as 6 months ago we had a completely different experience.
