Outstanding Value and Experience EXCELLENT! That basically summarizes my stay and experience with Hyatt Place Palm Bay. To begin, the staff are excellent. Every interaction I had was a positive experience. Whether it was calling about check in information, the actual check in process, billing issue, etc, totally friendly and professional. Kudos to Sara and several others (sorry for not writing down names). Next, the hotel. Feels brand new. Clean, great little gym and pool. Wonderful location near many restaurants and shopping, yet in a quiet area with no outside noise. Loved location. The rooms- excellent overall. Comfortable bed with many pillows. Climate control/thermostat great. Modern large TV with streaming capabilities. Nice room layout. If I’m going to be fair and critical, the water pressure is low. Probably some government regulation, but it’s noticeable. Had ZERO negative effect on my stay. Also, the AC works great, but was located near my bed and was noisy. Again, not an issue once recognized. Too many outstanding positives. Morning breakfast- another excellent. Everything one would want. Finally, the price. The best deal in town. I travel often, and stay in a wide range of places, from luxury resorts to extended stay. Hyatt Place Palm Bay is outstanding for location, value, quality and overall experience. Thanks.

Exceptional guest services Michelle at the front desk was the most helpful front desk agent I’ve ever had usually a front desk agent would just take you to your room or help you with small and necessary tasks. Michelle went above and beyond, helping me with the task that was out of her job description being helping me Prepare wedding invitations when she could’ve been very well on break or something. Taking time to make sure that I had a wonderful wonderful stay. I stayed here for two entire weeks
TLDR: This Hyatt is great Only because of its exceptional customer service and I will be staying here again in the future

Clean and functional The hotel seemed clean. The rooms are a decent size and the beds weren't too bad. They're never as good as home but it was better than other hotel beds I've slept in. There were no bed bugs or any other creepy crawlies that we saw in the room or around the hotel and there wasn't noticeable mold/mildew, which is probably a feat considering the humidity in the area. It's also surrounded by a lot of food choices. We stayed here while we toured Florida Tech (nearby) and Embry Riddle (1.5h away) and it was a good choice! I would stay here again.
