Mine was a queen bedroom which was very small room with limited space. Do not expect refrigerators or ovens in the room. No vending machine in the entire hotel either. Bathroom lock wasn’t working either. If you are looking for premium experience, go for some other hotel.

The shower wouldn’t drain at all. Switched me to a room with twin beds, which were too small for us, so they sent me back to the first room. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night! The next morning they gave me a new room, the key wouldn’t work. Waited for maintenance to come up only to find the room was already occupied, they were extremely upset to have us barge in. Terrible!!!

Our stay The pictures are worth it excellent photography. But the actual not so much there is only 1 elevator and it's small. No parking short staff the bar was never opened our whole stay.

Great location, value and staff Stayed three nights here. Great value hotel in a great location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are great for a good nights sleep after busy days in the city. Close to BART station from airport and legendary cable cars. Will recommend to others.

Clean central and good value hotel I stayed here for 4 nights this week and I enjoyed it. The room was cleaned daily, the staff were polite, the bed was quite high but very comfortable and the location was a short walk from union square. The bathroom had the basic amenities we needed and breakfast was a grab and go of pastries fruit etc I would stay again.
