Will come back! We had a blast staying at this resort. It is a great spot for mini getaway from the city with less than 2 hours drive from Toronto. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable with white modern linens. Not to mention the private sandy and shallow beach is just right around the corner, less than 2 minutes walk. We will definitely come back again!

Worst experience ever. Spoiled our first summer vacation I and my family was so excited for our first vacation after the pandemic but our bad time starts as soon as we entered into this Chinese resort. Yes it’s maintain by a group of Chinese with very poor quality. Its’s very old hotel, need renovation immediately. AC was not ON in common area, mosquitos everywhere. Fridge, and heating was broken and not working in the room. They provided cheap replacements for fridge and MW but not much help. Bathroom was very tiny and flush seems broken. Only half toilet paper roll was provided for 3 people for 2 nights. Balcony was a joke, can you imagine 10 inch balcony??? You cannot even stand there and it was very shaky thus scary. They had explanation of every dam thing. Don’t be surprised to see $100 rental for a boat, and their over costly food menu - $35 for 5 wings with average taste. We requested to cancel our reservation immediately but they were deducting 50% for first night only so we decided to stay one night and get full refund for second night as they promised. When I checked out they did not give me any confirmation not cancelled my 2nd night, receptionist promised me not to worry and I would get my money back smoothly. When we drove 100km he started cooking new stories and told me that he will refund only half money and stopped picking my phone. We pulled our car on Highway and wasted 1 hr in call/message/email but nothing worked. So we got pissed off and turned our car back to resort which was 100 km far, when we reached there and started shouting there, they called security guys. We were very annoyed and determined to get our money back so at the end they had to refund our money back but our whole time and mood spoiled. Please stay away from this resort, the only mistake I did – I did not read its reviews before booking. This resort is very notorious in the area, everyone knows about these guys.

Good costumer service and good food The rooms had a ocean-y scent but you will quickly get used to it. The staff is limited but they are really nice, just make sure to bring bug spray specifically for flies. The beds are super comfortable and the food is good. The beach near it is also very pretty.
