The hotel staff were friendly. The room and grounds were clean. Did not use the pool or fitness areas. Great location, close to downtown.

I chose this hotel because they have a salt water pool. I was assuming that the two jacuzzi's would also be salt water but they were not. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and efficient and entire grounds were well maintained.

Heated Pool? I stayed at this Hotel for the first time at the end of March. I did a 3 night, 4 day stay here. I chose it because of the location to the downtown area and that it had a heated pool and a hot tub. I arrived maybe an hour early and they were able accommodate me without any problems. The front desk was efficient checking in. I went to my room and it was a standard Hotel room. It was clean and had heating and AC and it had a coffee maker in the room. They did not come to clean the room, unless you requested it. The TV only has TV apps, so i was unable to watch just local TV. The Front desk is not open 24 hours, so this was not something i liked. They did provide a phone number to call. I did not use this number during my stay. The grounds of the Hotel were clean and maintained well. I was told by the front desk that there was two pools a heated pool and a natural temperature salt pool with two hot tubs. The heated pool was not heated, or if it was it was minimally heated. It felt like the same temperature as the natural pool. There was two hot tubs. One tub was much warmer than the other. There was a lot of families with small children the weekend i was there. The children at times could be loud. The kids were often using the hot tub as a pool. They did have lounge chairs to lay on. I ended up spending one day by the pool and hot tubs. I did swim in the natural salted pool. It was chilly, but i got use to it in the sun. The weather was mild temperatures with a steady desert wind during the day. In the end the location was good, but the lack of a heated pool and not having a 24 hours service in the front desk was not for me. I felt like the price did not feel a good value for me. I could have paid for a cheaper hotel and received about the same level of amenities and service.

Not Bad At All! This is a solid hotel which perfectly falls into the category of “cheap and cheerful”. It’s very moderately priced compared to similar properties in the area. We spent 5 days there and it was very pleasant. Our room, though small, was nicely decorated and comfortable. The shower had excellent hot water. Housekeeping (when requested) was top notch- very clean. My only complaint would be that towels are flimsy and thin as is the blanket/duvet on the bed. There’s a small fridge but no minibar. However in the lobby there are many snacks and drinks for sale. At the front desk, the staff was efficient with Lois being a standout with her lovely friendliness and warmth. All in all, the hotel gives you quite a bang for your buck.

Poor Managerial Customer Service We rented two rooms for two nights this last December. The staff was nice and the rooms were seemingly fine at first. We booked this place in big part due to it having two hot tubs. We were very disappointed to find they were both broken. One was cold and the jets didn't work on the other. On the second night, a pipe burst and flooded my elderly mother's room shortly after she went to the bed for the evening. She came screaming to us for help around 11 pm. The staff was nice and helpful. We had to move all her contents (and my daughters' who shared the room with her) into our room and were asked to house them temporarily, as there were no clean rooms available to move them to. They eventually got a room cleaned and we moved them in there. It was past midnight and while we were all exhausted, none of us could sleep after being so jarred. The hotel gave us days and days of the run around, asking me to keep calling back . They eventually decided to refund one of the two rooms for the one night, even though it had effected all of us. No sleep, no hot tub, no refund, no response to email =no good.
