Horrible! Couldn’t stay and had to get another hotel. 3 rooms given that all smelled like dog urine. Contacted Groupon who said they would respond in 7 days. Horrible customer service from hotel and Groupon. Waiting to hear back from both.

Always a nice stay! Always get a good nights rest! Love the bed!! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Rooms and lobby area was clean. Family member has mobility issues and they set us up close to the elevator and allowed her dog to stay as well! Never have any issues.

Rude and no water. We came back from our float looking forward to taking nice showers! Nope, no water on the entire property for a couple hrs. When I tried to call to see what was going on phone wouldn’t work.

Showers and sinks don’t drain, the rooms smell. After 20 hours of travel, we check in and are put in a room where the sink and shower don’t drain. We couldn’t shower but were so exhausted and it was after 10 pm, so we went to sleep. The next morning we let the front desk know so they could send maintenance to fix it. They didn’t have a maintenance man that day, so they moved us to a different room and didn’t comp the first night. They put is in a room that smelled like urine and after 2 days, that’s bathtub also wouldn’t drain. We checked out a day earlier than planned. The location is convenient but we won’t stay here again. Also, their breakfast doesn’t offer dairy free milk or any gluten free options.
