Great stay! This hotel has a very cool, modern vibe. Check in was a breeze and staff was super friendly (shout out to Brianna!). The pool was sparkling clean and my kids loved the huge hot tub. You really can’t beat the location!, especially if you are going to an event at SoFi

Unacceptable Customer service at Lum Hotel Unacceptable customer service by Reservation Desk Supervisor Wendy.
Rude, confrontational and refused to call the Property Manager and pointed with her finger at the door and said " if you don't like it you can leave" quote. Our room that SHE assigned #108 is next to extremely loud elevator and she simply refused to move us to another room claiming that I that CHOSE that room and she wouldn't talk to us again. DO NOT BOOK IT !!!

Decent Hotel - very loud room The location of the hotel is excellent in reference to attending SoFi or Intuit dome events. The restaurant/bar is decent with good food and drink. Note there is no breakfast.
I was put in probably the noisiest room in the hotel - #128. Ground level right next to the bar. Sure wish I would have known and requested a different room ahead of time. The rooms on the side opposite the pool from the front desk are the best ones to get.

Nice hotel.... overcharged parking fees Hotel was pleasant and clean. Beware, it is located in the flight path for LAX...so it is very loud. The hotel uses a 3rd party service for the required valet parking and charges and insane amount....$55/day (plus tax = $60). Parking was advertised on the LUM website as $35/day. Unfortunately, there are not many options for nearby hotel stays to Intuit Dome/SoFi Stadium/Kia Forum. If you're ok paying $60/day for parking, hotel is a good choice.

Cannot beat the location for a Clippers game or Concert at the Intuit Dome. We rated the hotel high at a 4 due to the super convenient location next to the Intuit Dome and for the incredibly nice & helpful staff.
Special shout out to the Valet Parking Team and to Breanna at the front desk who went above and beyond to be of help. The Cork & Batter Resturant is located on site and best to make a reservation, well in advance, if planning to dine before a nearby event like a concert or ball game. The hotel gets a lot of traffic from both hotel guests and folks just hitting the dome or stadium nearby.
Given the location, walking distance to the Intuit Done and on a Main Street, the rooms can be noisy at night so ear plugs are a must if a light sleeper. Also, the resturant does not open for breakfast but the rooms are equipped with coffee makers and a mini fridge plus there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s around the corner if needing a fast breakfast fix. If you have a car onsite parking is only by valet so be prepared for that charge which is understandable since many guest and parking lot users are there for nearby events. The property is also going through a transition to a Hilton association so continued added amenities, maybe a future breakfast option, are anticipated. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. In general the hotel seems to be on a continuous improvement trajectory and as mentioned, the staff is excellent and helpful.
