Great stay, virtual tour on website is exactly what the rooms will look like. Read the contract you sign, the fees are exactly as listed in the contract. Nothing more if you don’t damage anything.

Great for what we wanted We wanted to be near to Disney and this venue was perfect for us as all the parcs were easy drives though the US 192 is a busy road. We were a family of six(6) so having a 3 bed condo was perfect. All our rooms were en suites, and if you wanted to cook Wal mart is about a 10 minute drive for your shopping needs. We also had an outside bbq and hot tub. There are parts that could do with repair such as broken floor tiles, and the umbrella’s at the pool need replacing as they are broken. We had an issue with the fridge freezer having a leak so not sure if they did look at the issue as we had the problem for a couple of days before it stopped There is no bar by the pool and we couldn’t see anywhere we could order food which would have be a positive. Plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive. I can only comment it met our needs but it’s not cheap for what you get, would we return ? That’s another question.

Dear god shut this place down Poor is the only way to describe everything about this property and the hotel service (ie service doesn’t exist). I’m on my last night of 3 nights and each day / night has been worse than the day and night prior. There is no point in complaining to anyone or asking for help because customer service does not exist at Magic Yards. Who runs this? Wyndham or the HOA? Who does anything anywhere here? No idea. We booked because my friends were planning to stay here and I wanted to be near them. It looked so nice online! They hired a great photographer. We were all very excited to spend a few days here together. Boy, they do a good job on the website of making this place look like it doesn’t suck, isn’t dilapidated, unkept and, what I assume is a, timeshare equivalent of staying at a motel 6. And, let me be clear, I’m no snob. We stayed in a Homewood Suites before we came here while visiting another part of Florida and the Homewood Suites was like a Ritz Carlton luxury property compared to Magic Yards. The lobby is in…quite the state. Broken tiles, broken chairs, chunks missing from wood, wires everywhere. Random stuff piled up in every corner. The check-in process was nightmarish. The first two front desk attendants straight up did not give a flying f*ck about anyone or anything that was happening. Which, fair, there is no way they’re paying these poor people anything. We requested (for months beforehand) to be near our friends so they put us as far away as possible and then acted like I was crazy when I asked to be like, in the same general vicinity. They fixed this after an enormous process that almost made it worthless. But the disrepair of the actual lobby - the first inside area you enter looks disgusting. That brings us to a common area: the pool. Where you found such things as: scattered garbage, lots of empty beer cans, broken seats, broken tables, broken/rusting metal(s), and broken/rusting umbrellas. Want any shade? Nope. You can ask but the HOA manages the outside and they don’t work on the weekends. To be fair, the pool was clean but maybe they did that on Friday. In our adventure, we now enter the hellscape that is the individual townhouses. I’d like to know who manages these. The HOA or the hotel? Someone is failing. Everyone is failing? The paint and, I don’t even know, finishes(?) on the outside of the buildings are literally peeling away as if they’re skin from a healed sunburn. Vile. The inside is beige, just like the outside. The carpets are stained - when I wore clean white socks, they were brown on the bottom after going up and down the stairs. The tiles are chipped in all the bathrooms. The toilet seats are loose. The doors are creaky. When you’re trying to live life inside the townhouses, do NOT expect basic conveniences. You get the following one [1] roll of paper towels (could be new, could be used), one [1] kitchen garbage can bag, one [1] dishwasher tablet and one [1] recycling can bag. Anything more? Idk go to the garbage can they put DIRECTLY outside the front door so that the garbage can rot as a lovely, enchanting greeting smell. You need to make dinner? Ok but if you’re expecting even the normal stuff you’d find in a Motel 6, like salt and pepper - DON’T. There’s nothing there. Go to the store. You want to eat a bowl of cereal? LOL no, unless you enjoy using snack pack sized bowls. Beds are firm, which is subjective - you either like or you don’t. The pillows are like pudding. You sink into them but they have no substance so you’re left uncomfortable. Hey did I mention the floors are dirty? Don’t throw any extra pillows on the ground. Showers barely spit out water - if you have even moderately thick hair, good luck getting your scalp. Water does remain hot for a long time, which is good because you need extra time to clean the filth from the interior/exterior. Seriously, is this someone’s timeshare? If so, WTF. Talk about a scam. How does this place have good reviews? Fake news, I guess. My friends and I are all trying to work out how they could fake this being so decent when this property is *so bad* - like, again, Timeshare Motel 6, if that is a thing. Magic Yards need to be closed down and overhauled. It’s gross in and out. Paint, repair - do literally anything. Seriously ANYTHING would make this less shocking. I know folks will continue to book this but I hope this review dissuades at least one person. Then I’ll know I’ve down my work. 1/10 because I didn’t die on property. Would not come again.

Quiet and Relaxing We recently stayed here and absolutely loved it! It was so quiet and relaxing. Conveniently located near many restaurants and Walmart was only a few minutes away to stock up on essentials. The washer & dryer was a huge plus and allowed us all to pack light. We went to Animal Kingdom during our stay which was just a few minutes away. Such a nice little gem tucked in away from the chaos after spending a day at Disney. We travelled here from Maine and aren’t big on crowds! A few times we had the whole pool to ourselves!! Certainly beginning to show signs of wear and age (exterior paint, etc.) but we were looking for convenience, space and a quiet place to relax. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was great! The only downside was that the pool closed at Sunset and our kids always want to swim in the evenings. Luckily we had a jacuzzi in our unit (2 floor 3 bedroom) which was so nice! I was hoping there would be complimentary coffee for the first morning after traveling but there wasn’t— so grab some before you get there! They supplied toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, shampoo and conditioner for the first day but we needed to stock up for the rest of our stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and comfortable it was. Usually we are closing shades and hiding inside once it gets busy but it was lovely. Would absolutely stay here again!
