Exceptional Family Pitstop My young adult son and daughter, grand-girl, and I spent 2 nights at Wyndham Margaritaville Nashville. It was the perfect pitstop for us between home in KY and the girls flying back out of Nashville. Upon arrival valet was welcoming, courteous, professional, and continued to be throughout our stay. Parking is $62/night, but with a baby the convenience and safe parking is worth it to us. The front desk staff very helpful in extending our stay for delayed flight, quickly providing housekeeping needs, and accommodating guests on a second room reservation. We send a special shoutout to Antonio! Our room was very clean with a beautiful city view and a well stocked kitchenette. I enjoyed doing Bible study in the front lobby. It was very cozy with outlets and fresh water available. We greatly appreciate the elevators requiring key for security. Our pool day was so fun. A special shoutout to McKenna at Fin's Pool Bar who provided exceptional poolside wait service. She worked the entire crowd solo with unusual grace and poise, and she was so kind and fun loving with our grand-girl. We will definitely be returning soon for more pitstops prior to flying out. THANK YOU, Wyndham Margaritaville Nashville, for a much needed "five o'clock somewhere!!!"

Book somewhere else I was expecting something special from our stay…since it is a Margaritaville Resort. We spent our first night in Nashville at the Hyatt, located a couple blocks away. Their staff was very personable, the rooms were high end, they provided the best FREE breakfast I have ever experienced at a hotel, had a great INDOOR pool (important in January), workout room and the room rate was cheaper than Margaritaville. Get your wallet out a Margaritaville. We booked 3 rooms for 3 days. We were told cold Margaritas would be waiting for us at check-in. The concierge pulled out 6 small plastic cups and poured two glasses of margarita mix from a cooler under her desk and said to come back tomorrow for the other 4…she was out. Tacky. We were expecting a nice margarita from one of the on-site bars. The on-site bars are ridiculously expensive. On our 2nd night, our group of 6 was tired of walking so we decided to stay on site to eat and drink. We spent approximately $800 between the 2 bars for chicken wings, pizza and drinks and tips. Fly, in the downstairs bar was either having a bad day or needs a new job. The blonde girl at Fins was great. We went back up to Fins after a couple drinks downstairs, because of Fly’s poor attitude. There’s no free parking in Nashville. Margaritaville charges $54 a day. We found a nearby dirt lot for $20. We were also charged $95 as a “cleaning fee” because we stayed less than a full week. Needless to say, if we ever make a return visit to Nashville, we will not be staying at Margaritaville

Delightful getaway! Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable studio room in the heart of downtown. Great restaurants, lovely pool, outstanding customer service - the front desk (special shout out to Antonio Pendergrast), the concierge, housekeeping, the valet parking couldn't have been better.

Not what we expected! We are Wyndham owners and did not expect to have to go through another sales pitch. The fellow was extremely rude and told us he knew we weren't going to spend anymore money and we were wasting his time and he wanted to get to the pool. We were also told the room we were in was a lower class room because we weren't owners, which we are. We could here noise from the pool deck below and had to call security 3 times. When we booked this, using our Wyndham points, we did not know of the $54 per night parking fee. There's no self parking so you don't have a choice. There is no security at the door and anyone, to include homeless, can walk in. Downtown Nashville is dirty and smells like garbage. Lots of homeless with their signs. Food and drink prices are way over priced. Won't go back again!!

Just so so I found restaraunt expensive but amazing, hotel room was clean. Hotel rooms are just ok. Rooftop pool was busy, dirty and alot of people standing around that could have improved the experience. The average vibe was so so, not the friendly wyndham environment we are used to.
