A Simple stay We had a pleasant experience at Margaritaville, as it matched the owner's description perfectly, including the inaccessible beach with its unpleasant odor. The suite was well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the food was mediocre, and the service from the food staff was lacking, likely due to the automatic 18% tip they received, which seemed to lessen their motivation. We appreciated the pools and the bartenders, but the constant country music playing was a bit much _a more diverse playlist would be welcome. Do visit the local beaches and restaurants in the area and bring a lot of cash for taxi rides. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

Overall a solid resort We spent a week at Margaritaville for a family get away. The resort is pretty and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. Definitely have to give a 10/10 to K.B (friendliest cart driver), Chris, Micheal, Delma, and Keisha. Our servers Bernadine and Mary were both wonderful. Getting around the resort is not the easiest. The beach on property is non-existent. The restaurant - breakfast was much better than the dinner. Lastly, they give you a small “welcome” basket in the your room that left ALOT to be desired.

Never again! I will not stay here again! When we arrived at the resort with our luggage, my daughter and myself, we did first had to wait for a cart to bring us to our room, once we got to our building 12, we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs without any assistance, they do not have elevators. We had to do the same thing at checkout. The rooms were nice, however we did not get any cleaning service the whole time we were there, I had to call for clean towels everyday and when they brought them they never took the dirty towels out so we had to place those in a bag. The “beach” is horrible, we had to take a taxi to nearby hotels to enjoy a beach. The pool was nice if that’s what you prefer. The staff at the one Restaurant they have were nice but each time we ate there we had to wait at least 45 minutes before we even received something to drink and another 45 minutes to get our food, I am not exaggerating, it wasn’t busy in there either. We had to cal for a cart every time we wanted to go down to the lobby, restaurant, pool, family room. It was so bad. I would not stay at this hotel again while visiting st. Thomas, I will however try another Margaritaville in another place.
