Nice Marriott property Nice hotel with excellent sized rooms. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Overall very quiet location. Beading and other soft products were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. One thing to note for those of us that are upper tier rewards customers this site does not have a M Club.

A very good comfortable, All-Suite hotel. I almost didn't stay here because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I did. While the hotel isn't new, it is very good. The staff were excellent. Thank you Cindy at the front desk for your assistance. This all suite hotel is very comfortable especially when travelling with family & you need space, it's conveniently located and is fully featured. I strongly recommend it.

Terrible smells I am a Marriott bonvoy and I can't remember a hotel that was so dirty, and service was terrible. First of all they wouldn't let me check until 4pm on the dot. I noticed a lot of dogs and when I got to the room, the room had a foul smell. I didn't change cuz I would be spending that much time in the room. But later in the stay I noticed it I my nasal passages when I was going to sleep and my clothes smelled of a kennel. A woman brought a dog to the buffet line with dog in one hand and a plate in the other. The wait staff stopped her still probably dropped a few dog hairs in the buffet. I will never stay here again. When I said something to the lady at Che k out she said they were only on the 3rd floor when that was a lie. I stayed on the second floor and 2 dogs were barking and crying off and on. Literally next door and accross the way. The stench in the restaurant was a mix of dirty rags and heavy chemicals, either cleaning or covering the other smells.

Good room and staff We slayed for ane night just passing through Chicago. The front desk staff were friendly and offered several dining suggestions when we asked. If you don't have a car you can dine in the hotel, there are no restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. One thing I liked versus the Springhill Suites we stayed in the night before is there are doors separating the bedroom and living room. This way each person can watch their own TV program without disturbing the other.

Could be better The rooms are average and in need of repair. Our room on the 5th floor had dirt and stains on the sofa. We asked the front desk to clean it for us but they didn't bother. A door had cracked glass and a hole in it. Some floor tile was cracked. Lighting could be better. The shower head is hanging off the wall. The bed was comfortable and the hot water worked well.The room was fairly quiet. The hotel is renting rooms that have not been maintained well.
