1. What is the best way to travel to the hotel from the airport? Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is approximately 18 miles from the resort. Shuttle service can be arranged through the hotel for an additional fee.

2. Is there an additional occupancy fee, or do I have to purchase another Groupon? The Groupon covers an all-inclusive stay for two people. You may add one additional kid 12 years old or younger to a Premium Diamond Club room free of charge. Adding additional occupants above standard in all other room types would be paid at check-in for a charge of 50% of the total Groupon cost per child ages 2-13, 75% of the total Groupon cost per additional occupant ages 14 and older.

3. Will I be approached to attend a timeshare sales presentation? Groupon customers are never obligated to attend a sales presentation. If you are approached and decline a presentation, you will not lose the value of your Groupon or have to pay additional fees.

We only stayed in the room for bedtime. But the place is a must do trip with your family. There is so much to do and they always have some type of entertainment for all age group. We were here for my son spring break trip and he had a great time. The staff is awesome and the guest was nice and friendly.

One King, spacious bed. The room was also spacious and very clean! The entire experience was immaculate! Customer service was on point! My family and I was in paradise! The only thing that we weren’t too impressed with was the food. The food was mediocre. The Buffett was the best thing on the resort.

Just came back from a 6-day vacation here. It was amazing! Best part is the staff and how friendly they are. They always have all kinds of activities for people of all ages. The water park is a lot of fun. They have a nice and clean gym which is a plus. Drinks are great. Large variety of food. My crew including Mary, Juan, Pablo, Nikauri , Ramon, Blue, and Julio are the best! Will def go back!!!

Bad service from butler Some of the staff were not very helpful or friendly—mainly the front desk for Diamond Club. For instance, my assigned butler, Edwin, was not helpful at all. I hardly saw him, and all our communication was done through text. He only made an effort to meet with me when I was leaving so he could get paid.

The worst experience ever!!! 3 rooms in less than 24 hours (with a baby) 1st one was grimy, dirty, dusty (all you can imagine), and the smell OMG!! _ The 2nd one was with a bed for 4ppl And the 3rd one just closes my eyes, and however it is, I'll take it No one to assist you properly, no manager that can be notified, on guess service the employee talking with attitude and saying that he's not going to assist me etc.etc.etc. And to put the cherry on top, someone from housekeeping just opened the door even with the sign of "do not disturb" No, a pleasant experience, just special thanks to the animation staff that were cheering me up and transferring me some energy. They just care for their Diamond guests because they asked me a few times if I was a Diamond guest. I don't think that it should be a reason of payment or position for a client to receive a good service.

Exceptional Service Came here for a business retreat. We had diamond club accommodations. The diamond club lounge was incredible. So attentive and concerned about all our concerns. My favorite person is Luis. He's the bartender with the golden ✨️ hands. He was so kind and poured the best drinks!!!! He remembered my drink order every time l came in! What a great servicemen. He made my stay special! Thanks Luis!! The other service workers were great at the restaurants. They work so hard and are so polite. Love the hardworking people here!
