Poor hospitality this was disappointing. Stayed for a weekend. Had 2 cups in the room which we had to use all weekend. Room was never cleaned or even restocked. The booking was through a 3rd party. after our return home I noticed I had been also charged the full reservation again by the hotel. I immediately called to advise. After 3 calls and been given 3 different email addresses to send my copy of paid receipt, I still have not had this resolved. The most recent call, spoke the the Guest Services Manager again and he put me on hold indefinately. The front desk clerk did not give me a receipt upon check out which I just thought was because it had been paid in full. Now I have paid double and cannot get a response. That is the worst hospitality service I have ever experienced. It was clean but had the bare minimum in the rooms. Will never stay there again

Pleasant and enjoyable A very pleasant experience. Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice little bar with good food and drinks. The A/C control was a bit mysterious, requiring that it be turned on and off manually to maintain temperature. Otherwise clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Great Hotel! Hotel is in a great location. We stayed in room 1196 and it was clean and quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom door does not swing shut, it is on rollers so it doesn’t feel very private. The room is small so I can see why they have it that way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I Willis definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Bad attitude service upon arrival I've been here fifteen minutes. There's no parking for hotel guests. It's $35/day just to park. I asked the clerk while checking in if that's the only option after he told me the price, and he just ignored me. Thinking he hadn't heard me because he didn't even glance up, I said "I guess that's a no?" And he snapped "i already told you." I don't even know what the rest of the hotel is like but I guess if you want a bad attitude this is the place to stay.

This time it was more or lessSi In general we really like this Hotel, we have come on 3 occasions, the location is great. But this time we had a very bad experience at breakfast; where a very unpleasant, haughty lady served us, she threw the menu at us, we felt discriminated against for not being 100% fluent in English, anyway! The rooms are quite small and the beds are very small.
