Cancún: Cool White Sands and Mayan Relics

Located on a barrier island shaped like the number seven, Cancún's Hotel Zone juts into the Caribbean Sea at the northeast tip of Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula. With the sea on one side and freshwater lagoons on the other, it's a popular spot for sailing and snorkeling. Although the beaches and barrier reefs are a major draw, the geography is equally enticing further inland, where you can dive into an underground river or take a speedboat through a mangrove jungle.

The stone columns of El Rey Ruins, an ancient Mayan site dating back to the second and third centuries BCE, lie within the city’s Hotel Zone. Believed to be a royal burial ground, the archaeological site is also home to wild iguanas that lounge in the sun.

Spa services My sister, mother and I tried the 80 minutes spa and it was phenomenal. Gaby took really good care of me and made sure I felt relaxed. I would also recommend the body exfoliation that comes with the relaxing massag!! Everything was great and I highly recommend! Also shoutout to Liliana, Valeria and Marlon for taking care of my mom and sis

Exit the hotel and entrance to Wyndham grand cancun. Thank you Nicholas and Jose. You made our exit quite great! We loved our stay here at the Wyndham Grand. The staff was awesome. The vacation club attendee that checked us in, was awful. She said she was the hotel manager and kept us for more than an hour and half in the lobby. Even after I had to rebook the hotel because the vacation club refused to accept my card. She refused any service that would have made up for the awful treatment. Instead she asked me to pay double the price for the room and an upgrade. I paid with same card she refused. It is bad business practice to discriminate.
